How to create a reminder to a contact specific:
Click on 'Contacts" on the left-hand navigation. Then, click into the Contact Record that you want to set the reminder for.
Click on 'Add Reminder' at the top of the Contact Record.
Enter both the date of the reminder as well as the note.
Be sure to click on 'Save!
The reminder will be recorded to your contact list, and then automatically integrated into the Schedule feature. Reminders can also be automatically added
in your contact's individual record for information.
